It was great working with Scott. He was very patient with us. He was knowledgeable and aswered our questions with no pressure. He was not pushy. He listened to our needs and helped us decide on the vehicle that best met our requirments. When it came time to close the deal, there were no surprises.

Roger is the only representative I like to deal with when having my vehicles serviced. I have had bad experiences with other representatives, but with Roger it is always a positive experience and I value his honesty and friendliness. I would always refer others to Greg and Smiths Falls Nissan.

Dealing with Kevin Hinton over the email was a sincere pleasure.  He not only answered any questions I had HONESTLY, he provided further info to allow me to make the best car and dealer choice. Once I arrived, Kevin ensured a “No-Surprise” visit to purchase the car. Another giant plus in dealing with Kevin is he doesn’t pester you if you ask not to be pestered… what a change from other dealers who not only hound you on the phone when you ask them not to, but send you countless emails.
